Design: CSS Websites

The collection of webpages, images, videos or digital assets which is hosted on one or more web servers generally accessed via the inernet is known as a Website. A webpage is a document primarily written in (X)HTML which is accessible via HTTP, a protocol transferring information from the web server to the display in the user's Web Browser. The websites can be categorised as per the function: personal sites, commercial, government etc. The creation of an website cannot be done by an individual and thus while designing Real estate website design the web designer must provide services needed by the company.

The real estate website design must include the following features:

1. Homepage- This is the local file that automatically loads when a web browser 's home button is clicked on. Its is also known as the main page of a website directory index, front page, or the baisc web page of an orgnaization . In few countries, it refers to a single web page.

2. Navigation Bar : This is a subcategory of the web page, it contains hypertext links , which help to navigate from one page of the website to the other. It is also known as the Links bar. It is a key design element in website developmet, as it appears on most of the pages.

3. The webpage should have an unified look, incorporating the company style sheets, logos and graphic images.

4. A section termed as 'about us' must contain, a brief about the company's history, their operations, and the mission, the services and products of the company. An People section, which will include the biographical information about the key executives. A section, termed as 'news' which can include press articles. List of the clientele, achievements, partners, various suppliers and future projects.

5. Terms of use document, which shall brief the visitor about the ownership policies, that apply to the content of the website.
